South Birmingham Sinfonia is a friendly, relaxed, amateur orchestra with members of all ages and musical standards, who play a broad range of music from major symphonic works to concertos and shorter classical pieces. The orchestra perform two concerts per year with all proceeds donated to charity.

The orchestra meets every week for rehearsal at The Quaker Friends’ Meeting House, Selly Oak (click here for a map), between 7.30pm and 9.30pm, with tea, coffee and other refreshments available – often followed by a drink down the pub !
