They cater for all types of runners from Beginners to Marathon Runners.

They have qualified coaches and training plans are also available.

They meet at the Rowheath Pavillon every Monday and Thursday evening from 7:15pm onwards.

The Pavillon has social facilities, a bar area and changing facilities.
